About
I'm a product designer with fifteen years of experience in B2B SaaS. I've worked agency-side and in-house, in startups still looking for product-market fit and in enterprise organisations redesigning tools that thousands of people use every day, whether they wanted to or not. The scale changes. The craft doesn't.
I didn't set out to design enterprise software. I ended up here because the problems were harder and more interesting than most of what consumer design offers — and I stayed.
Most of my work has been in three areas: marketing technology, broader B2B SaaS platforms, and customer support software. I'm drawn to complex, high-stakes workflows — the kind where a confusing interface doesn't just frustrate someone, it costs them time, errors, or trust.
I believe good design in B2B is undervalued and undersupplied. Most enterprise software is built around capability, not usability. That gap is where I do my best work.
Outside of work, I'm usually reading too many things at once and making notes I'll reorganise later. And I'm occasionally convinced I have time for a new side project. I never do.
